A few months ago, I was led by the Lord to create something special for the gathering in Zion, Illinois last July. This commission was not just any project - it had a special purpose and it carried a heavy weight in my Spirit.

When the Lord showed me the vision for this billow, He also gave very specific instructions.

“Take two measures of 7 yards of silk - sew together along the length to make the billow (7.5 ft x 21ft) Hem and attach three tassels on each corner and reinforce the corners with a square patch similar to the corners of a tallit.”

“This billow will represent - The Temple where I will meet them.”

“The billow will be called a Unity Silk. Is to be dyed with 7 colors: 4 Shades of gold tones, silver, bronze and lavender. Each color is chosen for its significance.”

The Golds represent- the Glory of God, the Temple of God, Divine Light and Beauty from ashes. The bronze represents Consuming Fire of God. The Silver represents refinement, purification. Lastly Lavender to represent the Peace and the Rest we find in the intimacy with Our Father.

Number 7 is the number of Completion. It speaks of physical and spiritual completeness and perfection. The two measures represent multiplication and Reward (double fold)

7yds is 21 feet :

21 fullness completion of spiritual perfection.

The silk traveled to Zion with my sister and I, along with the 7 colors what would be used to dye the billow.

When the appointed day and time arrived- We spread out the length of the billow over three 6-foot tables protected by vinyl.

Over 80 people who attended the Gathering came together to dye the silk!

Words cannot express what we were all experiencing in the spirit.

All I can say is that our hearts were full…

United we prayed, decreed and declared as each person went around the length of the tables pouring dye over the silk.

This act of Unity went beyond our individual contributions; it was a powerful symbol of our connection with God and our collective prayers for our communities, our nation, and the world.

For a fleeing moment we thought we would run out of dye as we only had 12- 16 ounce bottles of dye… But we believed that the dye would be like the oil that never runs dry! As we prayed, the dye kept flowing, covering the silk with more than enough. In Fact, when we were done, we had extra dye left over! Some of the bottles were half full! This was a clear sign of God’s provision and presence, showing us that He always provides more than enough.

When the Unity Silk Billow was completed, it beautifully reflected the vision and the purpose that the Lord had given months ago.

That evening, during the Activation, Impartation, Manifestation, Worship Experience, the billow was unveiled. It was amazing to see that the measurements of the billow were perfect for the space! It took six people to hold and lift it, and its gentle, wave-like motion filled the space with a divine breeze—the RUAH, the vital breath of God. As worship music played, people walked underneath it and experienced a refreshing- a fresh new anointing.

The Unity Silk Billow became a profound representation of our gathering, embodying the spiritual completeness we seek in God and the unity of His people. It stands as a testament to His presence and His unwavering love for us.

Thank You Lord! Thank You Father! Thank Holy Spirit!

As members of the body of Christ, let us strive to maintain this unity, bound together by His love. Let us remember to always walk in harmony, grace and love, as we support one another in faith, reflecting His light to the world. May we always be One, just as He is One with us.

- I pray it blesses you and inspires you all. - Margie
