“Fletchers of the Arrow”

In recent days the Lord has highlighted a new flag design for 2026. As you all know I have been very busy in so many areas, but in the middle of all, the Lord has been bringing my attention to arrows.

For quite some time now, the Lord has been showing me arrows. The visions keep occurring. But recently, He began highlighting something I hadn’t considered before: the fletchers.

The small feathers that guide the arrow’s flight. The part that rarely receives attention, yet determines everything about how the arrow moves.

As I prayed into this, He started speaking about the year ahead…

The fletchers shape the arrow’s stability.

They correct its flight.

They keep it steady in the wind.

Without them, the arrow wobbles and loses aim.

But with them, it flies straight with accuracy and purpose.

The Lord began showing me that this coming year will be a year of Alignment— A year where He is placing His hand upon the hidden areas of our lives that guide our spiritual trajectory. These are often the hidden places: trust, obedience, listening, purity, and the posture of our hearts before Him.

He is doing Steadying work in us—where He is touching the deep places that shape our direction and bringing us into alignment with His heart.

He is adjusting the Fletchers.

He is bringing alignment.

He is stabilizing what has been shaken.

And He is preparing His people to fly straight into the purposes He has ordained.

Many of us have felt stretched in the last season—like we were being pulled back farther than expected. Some have felt the tension of the bow, the ache of being drawn into uncomfortable or unfamiliar places or circumstances.

But the Archer never pulls back without intension… without Purpose.

When His hand draws you close, it is because He is preparing you for the flight!

He is positioning you for the release!

And trust me— HE knows exactly where HE is sending you!

The Lord also reminded me that when an archer draws an arrow back, there is a moment of stillness. The fletchers rest beside his cheek—aligned with his sight—and everything becomes quiet. The archer pauses… and breathes.

The Lord showed me that many of us are in that same stillness right now—the place where He brings us close to His face, aligns the hidden places of our hearts with His vision, and steadies us with His breath before release.

The pause is not delay. His breath is what sends us.

“He made me into a polished arrow and concealed me in His quiver.”

Isaiah 49:2

During this season:

Let Him steady you.

Let Him align you.

Let Him strengthen the places that have wavered.

Let Him touch the fletchers—the hidden areas that determine your direction.

He is making your path straight,

not by removing the winds around you,

but by stabilizing you in the midst of them.

This coming year will not be about speed.

It will be about accuracy, precision, divine assignment, spirit-led flight.

And the confidence that comes from knowing that

the One who releases you never misses His target.

This will be a year where clarity begins to form.

A year where steps become clearer.

A year where the quiet leadership of the Holy Spirit stabilizes you from the inside out.

If you’ve felt unsure of your direction—

or if the last season unsettled you in any way—take heart.

The Archer Himself is touching your fletchers.

He is correcting your flight, not to discipline you,

but to guide you into the place He has prepared.

He is not rushing you.

He is not disappointed in you.

He is simply aligning you so that when He releases you,

you will move with purpose and confidence.

May this be the year where the Lord breathes His alignment unto you in a fresh new way.

May He correct what wavered, heal what weakened, and strengthen what was shaken.

May you sense His hand steadying you, guiding you,

and preparing you to be launched with accuracy and purpose,

where you fly straight and steady, carried by His breath and guided by His heart.

For He is making you into a polished arrow in His hand.

Prepare your heart. Welcome His alignment. Yield to His guidance. And trust the Archer.

From The Father’s Heart:

My child, I have drawn you close in this season—not to hold you back, but to bring you near to My face. The tension you have felt is not a setback; it is My hand positioning you with purpose.

In the stillness, I have been touching the hidden places of your heart—your fletchers. I am aligning what guides your direction, strengthening what wavered, and steadying you for where I am sending you.

For I have made you into a polished arrow, just as My Word declares.

“He made me into a polished arrow and concealed me in His quiver.” (Isaiah 49:2)

When an archer draws an arrow back, the fletchers rest beside his cheek, aligned with his sight. So it is with you. You are closer to Me than you realize. You are in My line of vision, and My breath is upon you.

The pause is not delay.

The quiet is not absence.

It is preparation.

I know the target.

I know the timing.

And when I release you, you will fly with accuracy and purpose—carried by My strength and by My breath.

Trust Me in the stillness.

Trust Me in the pullback.

Trust Me as I release you.

You are My polished arrow, and I will send you exactly where you belong.”
